Recruiting Process

We offer an array of opportunities, and possibilities abound within SHRM and our affiliates (the SHRM Foundation, Council for Global Immigration and HR People & Strategy).

Curious about our application process? We’ve boiled it down to the following steps:

Complete the registration process and upload your resume.

View job openings and apply for positions whose job requirements match your background and skills.

You will receive an acknowledgment from our HR team when we receive your application.

The HR team will assess your resume within 5 days of submission, and you will be contacted if you are a match for the position.

If you do not receive a call, don’t worry—your resume is still being assessed for other opportunities. We will hold onto your resume for one year to assess it against future vacancies.

If you have an interest in more than one position, please apply to each position.
