The Head of Sales Success leads the strategy that enables a highly effective salesforce with unique skills, creative approaches and cohesive strategies to drive sales growth. This position will provide sales capabilities across departments and channels through high impact sales enablement programs that create meaningful customer connections across an omni-channel experience.

Your Day:

  • Develops and drives the implementation of the strategy for sales enablement programs and processes/tools that increase productivity of our sales teams to deliver on the overall growth strategy

  • Responsible for creating plans and pathways through diverse channels and initiatives to identify prospect clients and opportunities to achieve our product pipeline objectives

  • Build the strategy for Sales training and enablement processes to reduce the learning period for sales teams

  • Maintain a portfolio of enablement programs including segment onboarding path; playbooks, and training

  • Develop a systematic & repeatable approach to continuous improvement for Sales that work within any environment and with multiple audience segments

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to identify sales enablement needs, implement programs and measure their effectiveness

  • Partner with Learning and Development, Talent Management and Recruiting to serve as an essential player in promoting a sales talent pipeline, developing sales career paths and best in class talent

  • Ensure team members have clarity of purpose, tools, training and incentives, and an environment that propels innovation, diverse ideas and individual growth.

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant years of experience

  • At least 10 years of progressively complex professional experience and a college degree (or equivalent relevant work experience/training).

  • Successful track record leading and coaching both salespeople and sales leaders, through developing both the strategic roadmap and the content of the Sales Enablement program

  • Ability to propel sales in the best interest of the customer & company through sales program leadership

  • Experience using engaging tools, tech, and approaches tied to learning (virtually and in person)

  • Experience with “in the field” coaching & motivating sales teams; developing high performing teams

  • Creativity and proactiveness; ability to translate reports into compelling dashboards, presentations and communications that drive decisions and actions

  • Strong influencing and collaboration skills, on leadership teams and with partners

  • Direct sales experience

  • Instructional and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated use of Salesforce or other CRM systems, retail, omni-channel, talent management, sales management

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations.

  • Work is generally done sitting, talking, hearing and typing. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.

Work Environment

  • Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

  • Travel required: Occasional 0-10%
