The Integrated Marketing Specialist contributes to the execution of the membership marketing plan by integrating compelling branding and messaging strategies in all membership engagement initiatives and elevating the organization’s recognition in the profession. In this capacity, the specialist supports engagement marketing programs aimed at engaging members domestically and internationally, and partner with marketing teams to integrate the member value proposition into all member engagement and retention campaigns.
Execute initiatives to achieve member retention growth targets, membership engagement growth rates and enhance overall member retention and engagement.
Develop member engagement campaigns that leverage value proposition, provide compelling benefit messaging, while utilizing proven engagement techniques and research and data on segments to achieve incremental response and return on investment.
Identify cross-selling and prospecting opportunities in collaboration with other Marketing teams.
Track engagement data, campaign results, web traffic, analyze and present findings and/or recommendations to adjust marketing plan and campaigns as needed.
Optimize engagement strategies and leverage internal resources to deliver ad placements, search engine optimization and search engine marketing, and interactive campaigns; this includes designing messages and tone aligned with the organization’s brand and strategy.
Participate and contribute to volunteer and tradeshow events, as well as well as other member engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure the membership engagement and retention plans are successfully carried-out and objectives are achieved.
Contribute to the development of presentations and project requirements by gathering and analyzing data. Track budget utilization to ensure compliance with budget management goals.
Participate in Agency partner engagements to deploy direct mail, digital acquisition marketing programs, and new member onboarding programs.
Contribute to the design and execution of the marketing campaign tactics. This includes but is not limited to creating messages, producing collateral design, defining mailing schedules, producing mailing list segmentation, coordinating print and digital advertising campaigns, contributing to e-mail marketing, coordinating projects with vendors, executing surveys and selecting vendors.

Bachelor’s in Marketing or a relevant field.
3 years of experience in Marketing roles in house or agency with Direct
Response Marketing responsibilities.
Experience with or working knowledge of collateral
development, database segmentation, website analytics, customer relationship management systems, copywriting, proofreading and editing, e-mail marketing, analytics, and Search Engine Optimization marketing.
Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Ability to build consensus.
Knowledge of Google Analytics and/or email reporting.

Direct mail and email marketing experience.
Membership Marketing or association experience.
Project Management experience.
Experience with NetSuite and marketing automation software.
Strong technical skills.
Regularly required to sit; talk and hear, use hands to type, file, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Visual acuity to use a keyboard, prepare and analyze data and figures; transcribing, viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand, walk, lift, carry and move light to medium weight. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information.
Light lifting is required. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force to constantly move objects.
Work is regularly performed in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
This job requires occasional travel 0-10%.
