And, as part of SHRM’s commitment to disability employment, SHRM has partnered with the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy – or ODEP – through its Alliance Initiative since 2006. This partnership has allowed us to share training and education resources as well as effective disability employment practices with our members.
